Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number (never shown publicly), date of birth, gender, username, profile and cover photos.
• Optional profile data: location, profession, education, work, website, social links, relationship status.
• Content and activity: posts, comments, messages, reactions, follows and similar interactions.
• Creator and financial data: KYC details, PAN, identity document images, bank details — encrypted at rest and visible only to authorised staff.
• Device and security data: IP address, a privacy-preserving device identifier, browser type, login history.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, personalise your feed, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, send marketing communications.

Who can see your data

Your content is visible according to your privacy settings. Staff access to sensitive data is limited by role and every access is logged.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your data from Settings → Your data. Financial records may be retained where the law requires.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. After deletion, we anonymise or delete personal data after the grace period, except records we must retain for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
