1. Who can use DostiSpot

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age configured by DostiSpot) and able to form a binding contract. One person may hold one account. You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address and mobile number.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and one-time passcodes confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Your content

You own the content you post. You grant DostiSpot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display and distribute it to operate and improve the service, subject to your privacy settings.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not post or promote pornographic content, sexual exploitation, any content sexualising minors, illegal content, fraud, scams, terrorist or extremist content, copyright infringement, malware, harassment, doxxing or impersonation. See our Community Guidelines.

5. Paid features

Subscriptions, individual purchases and packages are governed by the Refund Policy and, for creators, the Creator Monetization Terms. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.

6. Referral programme

Participation in the referral network is optional. Commissions are earned only from genuine qualifying purchases made within your network — never for sign-ups, logins, invitations or friend connections. See the Network Programme Terms.

7. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, freeze wallets and withhold or reverse earnings connected to fraud, chargebacks or violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
